And he [Robin Batterham] argued while ERA, which was heavily weighted towards research outputs such as scholarly papers and conference presentations, had never espoused a measure of impact of research, consideration should now be given to it. “So let’s discuss how impact might be incorporated in the next ERA, or should it be a separate exercise?” he said.
